Gently reprocess stuck memories and traumatic experiences through EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing). This evidence-based approach helps your nervous system release what it's been holding—without needing to retell your story in detail.

A grounded, relational space to explore what’s holding you back and reconnect with your sense of self. I draw from EMDR, IFS, Metacognitive Therapy, somatic work, and trauma-informed care to support healing that feels deep, attuned, and empowering.
