“Liminal space: a threshold, a pause between what was and what’s next. Uncertain, tender, full of possibility.”
☽ Therapy for Life’s In-Between Moments ☾
We all pass through moments where the old no longer fits—but the new hasn’t yet formed.
These liminal spaces—grief, healing, identity shifts—can feel disorienting.
But they’re also sacred.
This is where I hold space: for slowing down, listening inward, and rebuilding gently from the inside out.
☽ ☽ My Approach: Gentle, Deep, Trauma-Informed ☾ ☾
I am a trauma-informed therapist weaving together EMDR, Internal Family Systems (IFS), Metacognitive Therapy (MCT), and somatic awareness to support deep, lasting change. My work is grounded in presence and guided by the belief that each person holds an inner wisdom—even if it’s been buried under pain, fear, or overthinking for a long time. This blend creates inner shifts that feel anchored—not rushed or re-traumatizing, but steady, grounded, and relational.
◎ EMDR to help the body and brain reprocess trauma in a safe, supported way
◎ Internal Family Systems (IFS) to explore and heal the inner parts of you that protect or carry pain
◎Metacognitive Therapy (MCT) to loosen the grip of chronic overthinking and mental rumination
◎ Somatic attunement to reconnect with your body as a source of wisdom and grounding
◎ Attachment-focused presence to understand how past relationships shaped your inner world
◎ Preparation and integration for psychedelic-assisted therapy to help you approach expanded states with clarity, and return from them with insight and grounding (please note I do not offer psychedelic-assisted therapy)
☽ ☽ ☽ A space for your many parts ☾ ☾ ☾
Using IFS and EMDR, we gently explore the protective strategies and younger parts of you that carry pain, fear, or unmet needs. You don’t need to force anything or be “on”—you can simply arrive, as you are. My role is to accompany you with care, curiosity, and respect as you build a more compassionate relationship with yourself.
☀︎ Who I work with ☀︎
You don’t have to be in crisis to start therapy.
Most of my clients are deeply insightful, curious, and have done therapy before—but still feel stuck. They’re often:
◉ Highly sensitive or easily overstimulated
◉ Spiritually curious, creative, or seeking deeper meaning
◉ Burned out from caregiving, perfectionism, or people-pleasing
◉ Wanting more than just coping—they want true change
◉ Prone to overthinking or looping thoughts, even when they “know better
