"You don’t have to relive the past to heal from it. EMDR helps your brain and body release what’s stuck—so you can move forward with more freedom and peace."
•➢ EMDR •➢
•➢ Trauma isn’t just something that happened in the past—it lives in the nervous system. EMDR is a powerful, evidence-based therapy that helps the brain and body reprocess traumatic memories so they no longer feel present or overwhelming. Using gentle bilateral stimulation (eye movements, tapping, or tones), EMDR helps you move through painful memories without needing to relive them.•➢
•➢ I often integrate EMDR with IFS parts work and somatic awareness so the healing process feels relational, grounded, and tailored to your pace. Whether you’re navigating a specific trauma or just feel stuck in patterns you don’t fully understand, EMDR can help unlock deeper clarity, calm, and emotional freedom.•➢

I was trained by Philip Manfield who was trained by the founder of EMDR, Francine Shapiro. I am currently in the process of becoming certified, which requires additional training and consultation. My consultation and training is focused around weaving in IFS and parts work to provide a more holistic and integrative approach to EMDR.
